What is Beam Shaping Technology? It means changing the power distribution of the laser beam on the workpiece in a controllable and repeatable manner to achieve the best processing results. Thanks to the Variable Beam Mode function, the operator can switch from a small flat-top to a large donut with all the shapes in between.

On the left, a workpiece cut with standard technology, without Beam Shaping.

In the middle and on the right, a cut with Beam Shaping in two different modes, with increasing kerf width. The workpiece on the far right with the widest kerf provides the easiest extraction from the sheet.

The new MAZATROL SmoothLx CNC features double 21.5-inch displays, allowing the operator to run more applications simultaneously, as Cut Monitoring, Product Scheduling, Machine Manual to name a few.

New HMI enables operators to easily access necessary information, like a database of cutting conditions, with the touch of a button.

The possibility to tilt and rotate the CNC control panel allows operators the flexibility to work at the front or side of the machine.
