Mazak iCONNECT™ is a new online platform for existing Mazak customers, consisting of a free suite of services. Furthermore, customers can subscribe to the M2M (Machine-2-Mazak) level of service which provides a suite of productivity-enhancing functions. Register now and get started with immediate access to machine-specific information including manual downloads, your parts order history, software downloads, as well as FAQ's and training/ maintenance videos.
What can I see in the free Mazak iCONNECT web portal?
Once registered, Mazak iCONNECT can be accessed remotely via the internet using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Through the easy-to-navigate dashboard you will see a clickable list of all your Mazak machines. For each, you may explore a range of functional icons to access machine-specific information including manuals, parts order histories and so on.

What functions are included in Machine-2-Mazak (M2M) service?
Linking machines to a cloud service through highly secure VPN tunnels grants Mazak customers access to live information and logs. This connection also allows service and application engineers to remotely log into machines and provide support services. Regular CNC backups can also be sent to the secure Mazak Smart Cloud. This service will be made available for retrofit and on new machines.

Track your machine utilisation rates, identify and remove inefficiencies in shift patterns and remotely diagnose alarm incidents to manage overall factory productivity
Dashboard
View machine, operator and part run processing status in real-time or over the last 24-hours. Tune in from anywhere and check up on lights-out production or shift change.

Schedule automatic data back-ups, test parameter changes and safely restore previous control settings with custom variables

A one-stop shop for all your maintenance needs. Check inspection or replacement status, maintenance history, and carry out recommended checks to extend your investment
